Nick Faucher
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Nick’s passion for creation started at a young age, sketching architectural designs and turning ideas into reality. With over a decade as a military weapons engineer, he honed leadership, technical expertise, and project management, leading teams of 60 and earning a reputation for integrity and reliability. His time in the military also sharpened his discipline and exposed him to diverse cultures, expanding his worldview.
After transitioning to engineering project management, Nick successfully led projects worth over £100 million, deepening his expertise in construction and cost control. In 2022, after connecting with a property mentor, he co-founded a property investment business. For Nick, it’s not just about financial success—it's about channelling his lifelong passion for building and design into projects that make a lasting impact.

Francesca is a qualified accountant and co-founder of 4Share Property, where she combines her financial expertise with a deep passion for property development. With over 15 years of experience in finance, she brings extensive knowledge in managing finances, providing strategic advice, and driving business growth. At 4Share Property, Francesca’s vision is to deliver high-quality, comfortable living and working environments.
